"Rahat Burger" - The most selling burger in Rajshahi

This article is about a dish named Hamberger which is usually familiar as Burger. This food is popular over the world.In this article at I will try to introduce what it is  and when or why it is originated. Then I will focus on my targeted topic.

Introduction to Burger:

The patty could also be pan fried, grilled, smoked or flame broiled. A hamburger topped with cheese is named a cheeseburger.

The term "burger" also can be applied to the meat patty on its own, especially within the uk , where the term "patty" is never used, or the term can even refer simply to hamburger . Since the term hamburger usually implies beef, for clarity "burger" could also be prefixed with the sort of meat or meat substitute used, as in beef burger, turkey burger, bison burger, or veggie burger.

Hamburgers are sold at fast-food restaurants, diners, and specialty and high-end restaurants (where burgers may sell for several times the value of a fast-food burger, but could also be one among the cheaper options on the menu). There are many international and regional forms of the burger.

History of Burger:

As versions of the meal are served for over a century, its origin remains ambiguous.The favored book The Art of Cookery Made Plain and straightforward by Hannah Glasse introduce a special recipe in 1758 as "Hamburgh sausage", which suggested to serve it "roasted with toasted bread under it". an identical snack was also popular in Hamburg by the name "Rundstück warm" ("bread roll warm") in 1869 or earlier,and supposedly eaten by many emigrants on their thanks to America, but may have contained roasted beefsteak instead of Frikadeller. Hamburg steak is reported to possess been served between two pieces of bread on the Hamburg America Line, which began operations in 1847. Each of those may mark the invention of the Hamburger, and explain the name.

There is a regard to a "Hamburg steak" as early as 1884 within the Boston Journal.[OED, under "steak"] On July 5, 1896, the Chicago Daily Tribune made a highly specific claim regarding a "hamburger sandwich" in a piece of writing a few "Sandwich Car": "A distinguished favorite, only five cents, is chopped steak sandwich, the meat that is kept ready in small patties and 'cooked at the time of waiting' on the gasoline range.

Actually Rajshahi is renowned as city of education. There are different large educational institutions are situated here. For this students have to stay in this  city. We know that usually students or young people like to eat fast food. Since Burger is a fast food item so it is so much popular among young generation. By emphasizing this increasing demand there are different types of permanent an floating shops or vans have been established around the whole rajshahi city. Here you can find different types of burger. 

I will get you informed again about some burger forms or burger shops in Rajshahi city. But today I will review only the best selling burger point/shop of Rajshahi named "Rahat Burger".

"Rahat Burger" - The best selling burger in Rajshahi:

This is the first street burger point of Rajshahi according to the speech of its owner. It is the cheapest burger shop in the Rajshahi city also. The owner of this shop is a middle age women lady. She is a hard working women. She leads her family. She started this business about 05 years ago. Before starting this she worked different types works for helping her family. At first she ran this burger shop alone. But by the course time the popularity of her burger began to increase. Now she can not handle all works(such as making burger, serving, taking money etc.) alone. All of her family members(husband,son,daughter) help her to run his business properly. Everyday she sells 300-400 pcs burgers, surely the best sell around Rajshahi city.

There are different types of Burgers are found here. These are-

The taste all of her burgers are very good comparing with price. You have to wait for a long time if you want to take taste of her burger.

Location of the shop: 

It is situated in the heart-point of Rajshahi city. If you want to taste this burger then at first you have to go to shaheb bazar zero point.There you will see the "Shaheb bazar Boro(big) Maszid(mosque)". There you will find it in the south-eastern corner of the mosque. 

This shop is opened everyday from 3 pm to 10 pm.
